During the summer you’ll enjoy Mt. Sunapee Adventure Park, hiking through our lush woods and visiting nearby attractions like the Harpoon Brewery and New Hampshire International Speedway.
You can watch the moto-cross or NASCAR races, then take part in the Gilsum Rock Swap (held in late June) or the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen’s Fair in early August.

Corbin Covered Bridge, Newport, NH
Pictured here is the Corbin Bridge which was reconstructed 25 years ago after being destroyed by fire.
There are two covered railroad bridges in our immediate area. They are the Pier Bridge, the longest covered railroad bridge in the world, and the Wright Bridge, which is a laminated Arch Bridge.
A short ride away is the Cornish/Windsor Bridge, which is the longest two-span covered bridge in the world. Our local airfield, Parlin Field, near the Corbin Bridge, is very active and has fly-ins quite often.
Sullivan County ATV Club
Promoting a philosophy of “Responsible Riding in Harmony with Landowners,” the Sullivan County ATV Club offers information on trails and trail closures, group rides, and other special events for ATV riders.
If you bring your all-terrain vehicle to Crow’s Nest Campground, you’ll want to contact the Club for information about what trails are ready for use and which should be avoided for mud season or repairs. In the winter months, it’s particularly important to follow their temperature guidelines, so trails aren’t chewed up too badly.
The Club performs this important service in order to keep as many trails open to ATV riding as possible. The trails are not directly connected to the campground but are only two miles away in Newport. We do have a trailer available for rent. See our Rentals Page – Select ATV/Snowmobile Trailer.
